There are a tremendous amount of variables that could potentially have an effect, up or down, on the cost of a survey. Such things as on-site vegetation, terrain, or the lack of local monumentation are a few examples. Therefore, after discussing your specific surveying needs, we thoroughly research survey records, legal descriptions, survey monument locations, and visit your site for the purpose of providing you an accurate and fair cost proposal. Even though our efforts are thorough and time consuming, our cost proposals are FREE. We do this to protect each of our clients from any additional costs once we have been given authorization to proceed.
Additionally, if you are working with an Architect, Engineer, or other consultant, we prefer to discuss your project needs with those professionals so that we can be certain that nothing is omitted, and that your needs are thoroughly and efficiently met.
