Our History

Chadwick & Winters Land Surveying traces its roots to 1968, when C. Michael Chadwick, PLS founded Chadwick Surveying & Engineering in Seattle. In 1996, Mr. Chadwick retired and the firm was acquired by R.H. Winters Co., Inc., a highly respected land surveying company founded by Bob Winters, PLS in 1982 and headquartered in Sequim, Washington.

Following the acquisition, Bob Winters combined the resources and expertise of both firms, modernized operations, and unified the team under the name Chadwick & Winters Land Surveying. Over the years, Bob and his son Brandon helped grow the firm into the respected practice it is today, building a reputation throughout the Puget Sound region for accuracy, reliability, and exceptional client service.

When Brandon Winters took the helm in 2018,  he further advanced the company by modernizing operations, implementing new technologies, and improving internal processes to better serve clients and support the field and drafting teams.

Today, Chadwick & Winters Land Surveying continues to operate as a family-owned firm dedicated to precision, professionalism, and responsive client service. Our team takes pride in producing surveys of the highest quality while supporting the communities and projects we serve.
