Our Team
Brandon Winters
Principal, President, PLS
Brandon began his career in land surveying in 1988, working summers and weekends in the family survey business. After a five-year term with the City of Kent, he returned to private practice full time in 1996 when Chadwick Surveying was acquired. Brandon became a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in 2009 and brings over 38 years of experience in land surveying.
Over nearly three decades with Chadwick & Winters Land Surveying, Brandon has developed extensive expertise in the platting process within the City of Seattle and surrounding jurisdictions. He is known for guiding complex development projects through challenging regulatory requirements and working closely with developers, architects, engineers, and municipalities to bring projects to completion.
As company president, Brandon maintains a hands-on approach to project oversight and places strong emphasis on the training and development of both the field and drafting teams. This commitment helps ensure that every survey produced by CWLS meets the highest standards of quality, precision, and professionalism in the industry.
