Our History

Established in 1968 in Seattle as Chadwick Surveying & Engineering under the leadership of C. Michael Chadwick, PLS. Mr. Chadwick retired in 1996 and the firm was acquired by R.H. Winters Co., Inc., a highly respected land surveying firm owned by Bob Winters, PLS, headquartered in Sequim, WA since 1982. Bob combined the resources of both companies, modernized operations and consolidated the staff under the current company name, Chadwick & Winters Land Surveying.

In 2018, Bob passed the helm to his son, Brandon Winters who shares the family commitment of unsurpassed client service and quality of product and will carry the company legacy far into the future. Because we are family owned and operated, we each recognize a special duty to each of our clients and to our company’s reputation and legacy. We are committed to providing the highest and best service and quality of product to the clients and communities we serve.
